Description

This is a quick capture of this NGC 2070 or Tarantula, a quite common target in the S Hemisphere and, only 50% of the images were used, so to keep only the better ones, that is 1.5 hours. The area is truly rich of star formations zones. I myself captured this region in the past, focusing on some smaller and using NB filters from a remote system. Something that I did, using remote systems, so not to get bored with cloudy nights, and it was some fun, selecting the targets, the filters and so on. Shortly I shall have my own scope equipped with a filter wheel and NB filters together with a monochrome camera.
I noticed that some identification of stars clusters are not identifies in the solved plate, such as the GlCl Hodge 3, the OCLs KMHK 1254, 1137.
The quality of the sky was not quite good, NELM 5.2
