Description

This is my second attempt on this target. My first one was using QHY 268C and this time using ASI294MM.

The Heart Nebula (IC 1805) is an emission nebula located at an approximate distance of 7,500 light years from Earth, in the constellation Cassiopeia. At the core of the Heart Nebula is a bright  open cluster known as Melotte 15. The stars within the cluster are 1.5 million years old, which actually is pretty young in the life of stars. This emission nebula shares a resemblance to a human heart via its glowing ionized hydrogen gas and dark dust lanes.
