Description

NGC 1530 is a barred spiral galaxy in Camelopardalis constellation: it has dimensions 4.6'x2.4' and magitude 12.3, with an estimated distance in the range of 80 ~ 113 million light years.
This galaxy has a prominent bar with dust structures which run along the edges of the bar into the centre and there connect to a small spiral structure.

Some very faint HII regions are barely visible on the spiral arms.
IFN faint nebulosity is visible as well in all the field, more evident in the bottom left side of the image.
