Description

Well, everybody gets to shoot M1 at one time or another.  I have shot this before with some of my smaller telescopes.  These two image were done at the same time with my C14 located in my backyard in Phoenix.  I have not shot a lot in narrowband and honestly I am quite amazed at the level of detail I was able to get using my Optolong NB, Ha, SII and OIII filters.  The RGB version is nice but the HSO has a crazy level of detail.  I did process the NB versions in SHO and HOO too but I did not like the color mapping of those but I find the HSO version both visually pleasing from a color standpoint and the detail of the NB images is simply crazy.  I'll have to do more of this on other night sky wonders.

Title: HSO Version

Description: I like the color combination of the HSO version the best over others I had tried. The level of detail just blows me away. Pretty amazing what we can do in our backyards these days.
