Description

Heart & Fish-head nebulae: The Heart Nebula, IC 1805, Sharpless 2-190, is some 7500 light years away from Earth and is located in the Perseus Arm of the Galaxy in the constellation Cassiopeia. It was discovered by William Herschel on 3 November 1787. It is an emission nebula showing glowing ionized hydrogen gas and darker dust lanes. IC 1795, also know as the Fish Head Nebula, is an area of new star formation with glowing gas and dust, in the constellation of Cassiopeia. It is actually a portion of the larger Heart Nebula complex (IC 1805) that is located about 6000 light-years from earth.

Cloudy Nights blues, remedy with your fave, best data from the last season to be reprocessed with improved techniques.. The data acquisition was done early to mid February, 2022, from our Bortle 5 backyard. Equipment used: WO Z73 doublet apo refractor on iOptron GEM28 mount with GPS, 0.8x FR FF, ZWO 294MC Pro main camera, L enhance filter, ZWO 120mm guidecam, ASI Air Pro and all powered by two Jackery units.

Totally new stack using the latest WBPP script in Pixinsight and Post processed in Pixinsight with new techniques and touched up in Paintshop pro towards the end, for clarity and vibrancy, enjoy 😉
