Description

After 238 days the bucket is now finally dry, folks. This is very definitely the last one of the deep sky images from the years long past (I may hear a sigh of relief in the distance, maybe is mine...) as befitting its position as the Omega it ties with the Alpha, another NGC6445 image, which started my AstroBin adventure. While there is no question that that image is deeper (as it should, taken with a 10" for over 1 hour worth of imaging time with a modern camera from a very dark site, or at least so we are led to believe) this one is WAY better resolved and much crisper in my eyes.

My heartfelt thanks to all who showed their appreciation for this labour of love for the night sky as well to any who just popped in once in a while.
