Description
Revision: C
Description I really like some elements of this image though there were some glaring flaws that keep me coming back to edit it. Here's the latest where I've omitted overlaying Orion and Horsehead images from other scopes and stuck with only the Redcat51 + Nikon z6ii images. M42 turned out better this way I think while the area over the Horsehead nebula is perhaps not as good.
I tried to keep some of the more prominent stars the same size through a series of masks while shrinking the rest of the stars to give some depth to the image.
There was a significant magenta-colored artifact all along the right edge of the image which was cropped out.
If you have some notes on the image you'd be willing to share, I'd love to hear them!
