Description

The nights are getting short in summertime and still I am using the first half of the night tinkering around with collimation and tilt of my new rig - a 10" PowerNewton f/2.8 + ASI294MM Pro camera. After having used all kind of collimation tools (Laser, Chesire, Ocal v3.0, Tri-Bahtiov mask) I think I am now getting close to optimum settings. The difficulty is that I am operating at the limits of the scope and field flattener, and a perfect setting seems not to be possible.

For the second half of the night there is not much time left, so I have to stick to the bright and most commonly photographed targets, to get at least some result...

Hope you enjoy this version - it could deserve more integration time, but I will try this another time - and thanks for stopping by!
