I found som cardboard and other stuff to block direct light from my neighbors outdoor lights an I also have mounted a shade on the dew shield, so the telescope lens was well shaded from stray light.
I tried to do the same on a neighbor galaxy NGC2027 a couple of nights ago with increased moonlight, but that one seem to be a lot harder to get something out of.
