Description

The Ear Nebula ( IPHASX J205013.7 + 465518 ) is  a bipolar planetary nebula in the constellation Cygnus.
The Ear Nebula is a relatively old and very faint planetary nebula that was discovered by IPHAS (INT / WFC Photometric H-alpha Survey of the Northern Galactic Plane) in 2005. The object has an angular size of 6' and is located in the sky about 2 degrees northeast of the star Deneb.
