Description

Sh2-132 is an emission nebula in the Cepheus constellation situated around 10,000 light-years from us. It contains two Wolf-Rayet stars. It is one of my favourite objects, since in narrowband it offers a very rich chromatic palette, with plenty of structures seen through the transparency of the central clouds. It is the second time I shoot this nebula, this time with a faster reflector (compared to my refractor) and a larger diameter, which produced more delicate details in the dark clouds and  visible fainter clouds farther away from us in the core of the nebula.
