Description

After two nights of warming up the sensors, I present to you a portion of the Milky Way captured with a 50 mm lens. We took advantage of clear, moonless nights.
This time, we’re heading into the region extending from the constellation Cepheus to Cygnus. This field is rich in emission nebulae, but also contains dark nebulae and reflection nebulae. To name just a few objects, there’s IC 1396 (the Elephant’s Trunk), NGC 7822, the Iris Nebula, the Lion Nebula, the Wizard Nebula, the Seahorse Nebula, the Bubble Nebula, and the Lobster Claw Nebula!

See you soon for another area, or rather, a slightly different framing.
