Description

Star clusters are a lot easier to capture under light polluted skies than galaxies. But they can be a challenge to process nonetheless. If overstretched they all start to look alike and lose their distinctiveness that's so apparent when observed through an eyepiece. M10 has a row of red giant stars stretching from east to west that is easily seen visually but that was a challenge when I began to stretch it in Pixinsight. It's still visible in the full-resolution image.
