Title IC 417 and NGC 1931, The Spider and the Fly Nebula, better color and stars

Description I think the first image was processed with my monitor brightness inadvertently turned town and as a result it ended up being way off in color and brightness. This version also benefitted from SPCC, BlurXTerminator, and titrated noise reduction paying more attention to the detail slider in NoiseXTerminator. The end result is a bit better than the original version, I think.
