SF Bay Area local. Was inspired very young about astronomy in general by Children's Atlas of the Universe and Philip's Atlas of the Universe.

I've had an Orion XT8 forever and have been using it to observe the little objects I can find here in suburbia. I got my first serious rig in December 2023 and I look forward to learning about the whole process and taking images of objects I've never seen before.
