The project stems from the passion of Enrico, Gianni, Giorgio, Massimiliano and Stefano who have put together their strengths and different knowledge to be able to create a fully automated remote observatory.
The implementation of the ideas has materialized into a great and somewhat complex challenge, where the simplest of the unexpected can turn into the worst of problems, especially when you have several hours by car between you and the shooting position.
However, thanks to the know-how acquired in all the fields involved in setting up and implementing a remote observatory; starting from the mechanics for construction and optimization of the setup up to information technology for management and use, we have managed to overcome all the difficulties that have arisen, in the management and use of a station of this type.
We currently have 5 fully automated Observatories, and we won't stop there!
