Description

Every night, like a navigator of the stars, I point my telescope towards the infinite, seeking the hidden wonders in the vast cosmic abyss. Capturing the North America Nebula, NGC 7000, has been an epic journey that has awakened profound emotions within me.In the presence of this spectacle of interstellar gas and dust, I am enveloped by a sense of awe and wonder. I reflect on the infinite beauty of the universe, revealing our smallness and the preciousness of our fragile planet. It is a beauty that invites us to seek the sublime in the small things of daily life and to commit ourselves fervently to protecting our world.I chose to call this image "And yet it moves!" in honor of Galileo Galilei, who dared to challenge conventions and taught us to see beyond the visible horizon. His statement, centuries ago, still resonates today as a hymn to an unyielding truth: movement and transformation are the lifeblood of the universe. In this statement lies an incontrovertible truth: we can continue on a decadent path, but it is already evident that our salvation lies among the stars. Observing the cosmos teaches us that our future depends on our ability to look beyond, to dream, and to explore.Through this image, captured with dedication and patience, I hope to inspire those who observe it to contemplate the vastness and beauty of the cosmos and to remember the importance of protecting and appreciating our wonderful planet. May this vision instill in all of us the desire to preserve the beauty that surrounds us, both in the starry sky and in our daily lives.
